Creative Boost
Sometimes you need something powerful and quick to bring new energy into a moment in time. You need a Creative Boost - a one-time meeting designed to get you insights and information quickly. This streamlined session is packed with creative tools designed to bring to the surface insights and inner wisdom.

How it works:
We have an initial 30 minute zoom conversation where you tell me what you are after. Do you want new insights into an issue? To reignite your creative energy? To play with an idea in a new way? To just have an hour of fun self-discovery?

After our first chat, I will design a 60 minute session just for you. I will choose tools to help you get maximum insight into your situation. Then we come back together and I and lead you through a personalized workshop.

And if you want to bring a friend, or have a team of people who would benefit from a Creative Boost, I am happy to work with up to six people in each Creative Boost session (tip - the cost per person goes down the more folks who come!)

The Process

1. Complementary Introductory Call
We schedule a 30 minute Zoom call to get all your questions answered.

2. The Introduction
Through conversation and some writing, you tell me who you are and what your hopes and goals are. I ask a lot of questions and answer any you might have. Together we clarify what it is you really want from our time together. We make a plan, a roadmap, to help us begin our journey. This map is a starting guide, however, and sometimes we are guided to an unexpected side path that yields a breathtaking vista. Your journey is a living process, with bumps and secret gardens and landscapes both familiar and unchartered.

3. The Middle
The meat of the work, this is when we really get into it. You may try new approaches to a problem, or take tangible steps in your new career path. We may use creative and arts-based tools to uncover needs or deepen understanding. I may ask you to take risks and try new things here, and that's part of the fun (and leads to the rewards). I hold you accountable in whatever way feels right for our situation, and you continue to forge your path forward. We celebrate the small wins and rethink what is not working. Hard work? Sometimes it is. But it's always worth it.

4. The Results
You have created a clear path and are on your way to (or maybe have already arrived) reaching your goals. We reflect, look at patterns that have emerged, and plan for how will you will move forward on your own.
