For today's activity, write a five-minute story based on one of the pictures in this post. I'm giving three options. Pick the one that intrigues you the most; the one you want to
know more about. Write for five minutes without stopping. Try not to cross out anything, or go back and change any details. Make sure to give the story a beginning, a middle, and an end. You can interpret that in any way you would like. After you have finished writing, title your story. Then ask yourself: What about the picture drew you in? Was it easy or difficult to choose what to write?
What surprised you? Is this a story you would like to continue writing? For a bonus creative activity, list four things you would add if you were to continue to flesh out this story. These might be plot points, or characters, or changes, or anything else you think your story needs.
Let me know which picture you chose and why. If you would like, please share the title of your story.
