Visioning Ourselves

In-Person Workshop in Brooklyn, NY!!

NYC women! Let's dive into our stories!

In this small-group workshop series, we will explore ourselves, our lives, our dreams and hopes, and our pathways forward. Using a combination of art, drama, writing, poetry, collage, and other creative modes of self-expression. (ALL process-based. No experience necessary!**), we will explore ourselves, embrace and celebrate who we are and who we are becoming (because we never stop evolving!), and create a lovely community.

Everything we do in this workshop is about the process: we focus on the experience and what insights arise from it. This is a workshop for every woman who wants to spend some time with herself and remember all the beautiful parts we hold inside.

All materials will be provided, although you are welcome to bring your journal. You will leave with a few pieces of art, lots of insight, and a newfound connection to your beautiful, creative self.

** No previous experience needed. All of my work is process-based and exploratory, allowing anyone to use art and creativity to open, deepen, and discover more about themselves and their lives. This work builds self-compassion, creativity, confidence, and clarity, and it’s a heck of a lot of fun.
